Central AC, heat pump, or ductless. A heat pump that heats and cools counts as both.

Included on the 360 inspection. Head 5 and up is member-priced, usually the same day.
One water heater or tankless
Tank or on-demand. Extra tanks or a second unit are billed at member rates.
Electrical thermal scan and solar / EV snapshot ride on the same truck. A heat pump that heats and cools counts as both heating and cooling.
