SunSpark One — plain language.
These terms apply to the SunSpark One membership offered by SunSpark Systems in British Columbia. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Last updated August 2026.
Who this is
SunSpark One is a single-tier continuing-service membership covering HVAC, electrical safety review, and solar/energy readiness. It is not insurance, not a prepaid repair bank, and not a guarantee that equipment will not fail.
Price and billing
Two ways to pay. Annual: $207.99 paid up front for the year. Monthly: the first three months are collected together ($56.97), then $18.99 per month. After that opening term the monthly plan is month to month. In B.C. we add GST 5%. PST is not charged on this on-site membership. The invoice is the final tax amount.
What is included
Member diagnostic of $89.00 (public $169.00); 15% off qualifying repairs; $75.00 per paid year toward qualifying replacements and upgrades; priority scheduling; the annual 360 visit as described below.
The SunSpark 360 visit
One heating equipment, one cooling equipment, up to four mini-split heads, and one water heater or tankless. A heat pump that heats and cools counts as both. Same appointment: electrical panel thermal scan where accessible, plus solar and EV notes. Public value of that work is about $522.00. Extra systems are member-priced. We book the 360 once enrollment is confirmed. Coil deep-cleans, refrigerant, parts, and repairs are not included.
No member login
Enrollment notifies [email protected] and [email protected]. We confirm billing by phone or text at 778-801-0031.
Stopping the membership
Monthly: the first three months are prepaid. After that opening term you can stop — unused days in a billed month are not refunded. Annual: the year is paid up front. We send written notice 30–60 days before renewal. If you stop an annual term before the 360 visit is performed, unused time is prorated. If the visit has been performed, the visit is not refunded and remaining member pricing continues until the paid term ends. No extra cancellation fee. Email [email protected] or call 778-801-0031.
Loyalty credit
Accrues $75.00 per paid membership year. It applies only to qualifying replacements and upgrades listed above, does not cash out, and is forfeited if the membership lapses. It does not discount diagnostics, filters, or the 360 visit.
Workmanship warranty
Qualifying repairs performed by SunSpark while the membership is active carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. If membership ends, coverage returns to our standard workmanship term. Manufacturer warranties on parts are unchanged. Abuse, third-party work, lack of access, and excluded services are not covered.
Priority and emergencies
Members are scheduled ahead of standard non-emergency appointments and receive preferential access in heating and cooling season. We do not promise unlimited same-day emergency response.
Transfer
Remaining prepaid term may be transferred once to a buyer of the enrolled home with written notice. Loyalty credit stays with the original member unless the transfer notice assigns it.
Service area and access
We serve Abbotsford, Langley, Chilliwack, Mission, Maple Ridge, and nearby Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland communities. Safe access, working equipment shutoffs, and an adult on site are required for the 360 visit. If we cannot complete a portion (inaccessible panel, unsafe roof, locked mechanical room), that portion is documented as not performed — not as a defect in the membership.
